ORDER PROCESSING & MODIFICATIONS

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order has entered our shipping system.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

(Note: Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is shipped from the warehouse, not the date the order was placed.)

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. As the receiver, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary information to the local customs or courier. If a delivery is unsuccessful because the receiver failed to follow up or provide necessary information, Dazzlebox cannot process a free refund or replacement.

DELIVERY & RESOLVING ISSUES

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left to advise you on how to collect your package.

If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact Dazzlebox directly. Local courier companies often cannot resolve order-specific issues for recipients or modify delivery details. Reaching out to our customer support team first will ensure the fastest and most effective resolution.


CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND IMPORT DUTIES

Dazzlebox does not add any hidden taxes or fees. The total order amount you see at checkout (product subtotal + shipping) is what you pay us. However, for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and value-added tax (VAT) imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, carrier complications, or customs clearance processes, as these are beyond our control.

CUSTOMS DETAINED PACKAGES

If your package is detained by customs, we promise to work with you:

  • If customs destroys the goods, Dazzlebox and the buyer will share the financial loss equally (50/50).
  • If the goods are returned to us by customs, we will contact you to confirm the next steps. We can either reschedule the shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?
A: Currently, our shipping partners cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Providing these addresses will delay the delivery of your items.

Q: How do I track my package?
A: Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, we can help you change the address. However, once the order is in transit, we are unable to redirect the package. In this situation, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
